This process is limited to Holy Cross Faculty only.
If an item has a barcode, try to follow the "Check In a Book" steps.
1. In the drawer on the right side of the circulation desk, take out the manila folder labeled System Down Check Out Sheets
2. The information should be written on one of the top sheets of paper.
3. Find the row with the patron and item information.
4. Under Barcode Number, write the return date under the check out date.
5. Cross out the entire row in pencil.
6. If all items on the sheet have been returned, place the sheet at the bottom of the pile. If items are still checked out on the sheet, leave it on the top.
7. Return the folder to the drawer.
