Provides access to more than 5600 English and non-English language news sources. To limit your search to newspapers from a certain geographic area, select "News" from the menu on the left. Then, select "Regional News." On the next screen, you'll be able to select a state or country and then search newspapers from that area.
ProQuest Newspapers (Full Text: coverage varies)
Provides full-text access to many local and national newspapers including the New York Times (1980-Present)

Use the Advanced search to add a date range or limit to a geographic region or country name.
