Step 1:
Read the news article. Identify information about the research article.
Step 2:
Search for the title of the journal in the "E Journals Search" tool from HC Libraries. This will tell you if the Libraries have online access to the journal. Click the title of the journal.
Step 3:
Click "See All" to search across all issues of the journal.
Step 4:
Search by author's last name, article title, keyword, etc.
Step 5:
Look through the list of results for the journal article. Be sure to compare the date as well as the topic of the article to ensure you found the correct one.
Search the title of the journal to discover if the HC Libraries provides full text access to it. If we do not, you can request a full text article via interlibrary loan.
Request materials that we do not own in the Holy Cross Libraries' collections. These materials will be lent from other libraries.
Note: Electronic articles or scanned book chapters usually take 1-2 business days or longer. Print materials need to be shipped through the postal mail, and generally take 5-10 business days or longer.
