In order to access most resources available through the Holy Cross Libraries, you must be logged in through the Central Authentication System (CAS).

The simplest way to log in is to go to holycross.edu/library, type anything into CrossSearch (even "hi" or "test"), and hit "Search." This will take you to the CAS page where you will enter your HC ID and password.

Databases also prompt you to log in when you click on links to them. However, if you save articles or email documents to yourself, these may not automatically prompt a login. If you have a URL to a library resource and it isn't working (you may see an OCLC or EBSCO login), either follow the instructions above or add this prefix to the beginning of the URL and click refresh:  https://holycross.idm.oclc.org/login?auth=cas&url=
